They would love for you to react. They're TRYING to get you to do something. File a police report about the poisoning, talk to the police about harassment. Don't do anything irrational, or your situation will only worsen. Make sure you're recording with the security cameras so you can have documented proof of their behavior, such as trying to kill your dog, trying to blow your shirt off with a leaf blower, ect. Remember to document all incidents, include dates and times with a description. File police reports for the more serious incidents, you may need them for a restraining order or court.
