Where can I find the fuse for the heater blower in my Astra Atlas1600cc 1995?

You have 2 fuse panels one under hood with relays and fuses and one under dash US cars on left side maybe right side on UK cars, Same as Saturn here. If you have instruction book that came with car will show you in there.
