Replaced timing belt and water pump now cooling fans dont work 1.8 new beeetle?

i have i checked fuses in fuse box in car and fuse es by battery all checked ok with test light also my radio doesent work screen blank2000 new beetle the a/c is inop and the cooling fans dont work i just replace a timing belt and tnesioner and water pump when i noticed my fans werent working small fan on passenger side will come on if blower switch in car is on
