Is Australia a secret nazi state/haven?

I know an Australian who is a racist. He doesn't live in Australia anymore but he is rich and gives money to racist scientists/psychologists. He even wants to create a poison that can kill people with certain genetics. He wants to distribute it in the form of 'Aid' to underprivileged people. Is this type of Nazism common amongst Australians, who are descended from convicts?
