TV POLL! which of these TV Characters is the DUMBEST?

I think Homer simpson should be on the list even if he is a cartoon. I wish Kelly Bundy was a real person so I could take advantage of her (yes, sexually). Unfortunately, in real life there's just Christina Applegate and she's not dumb :(
