Whats the easiest way to see if a blower motor is bad?

I have very little car repair experience, my heat and air no longer blow on my 2004 Pontiac Montana, I feel cool air but when I turn the knob it does not blow. I know it could either be the blower or the relay. What is the cheapest way to test without taking the car to a shop?
