I have a honeywell furnace, the blower only works with heat, not A/C?

i have a honeywell furnace and the blower motor only kicks on with heat, when using A/C the blower motor never kicks on, the Central air unit outside is working just fine. and also the Flash Code LED Indicator in the furnace is giving me a steady green flash which means its operating normally, what could this be?
