How to make my truck as loud as possible? 1994 GMC sierra single cab side step?

ok so i have a 1994 GMC sierra single cab side step. basically all i want to do is make it loud as SH!T. my dad has the new camero (not the gay convertable ones, the 2010) and he had something called a blower kit or system in his car? idk what exactly its called but it sounds mean as heck. so i kinda want to get that in my truck, and/or headers and/or an exhaust system, but to be honest idk a thing about cars or trucks (im a girl, not to say that girls no nothing about automotives, just stating this fact so those of you that just wanna make fun of me not knowing what im talking about can go eff yourselves.) so please if you can help, what should i get? and money isnt an issue i just wanna know what to get to make it as loud as possible.
