Help me remember this movie!! Easy 10 points!!?

I don't remember the name of this movie but im sure it was of this lady (Diane Keaton) she was a single parent with a daughter i saw it along time ago so the rest i don't remember oh yeah and her daughter was about like 11,12,13 around that age! Thanks!!:D
