05 Ford Taurus AC not blowing cold?

v6 OHV vin S--fully charged with freon, clutch engages, blowers work in every position, hoses under hood are dripping condensation after 15 min., all fuses are fine-- Need to know what else to check. I have looked for vacuum hoses, clogged evaporator hose, blendor/actuator an do not see anything missing. thanks for the help in advance! sidenote: the heater stopped blowing hot air back in January, is this related? All I get is ambient air in cool and hot.
